Concours of Elegance Welcomes Fortnum & Mason as Official Picnic Partner
The Concours of Elegance, presented by A. Lange & Söhne, welcomes back Official Picnic Partner: Fortnum & Mason for a second consecutive year. The partnership brings together the UK’s finest concours d’elegance event and one of the world’s most luxurious stores. Drawing on its 300 plus years of experience in the finest food, Fortnum & Mason has created a range of delicious, four-course picnics, crafted from the finest British produce, made fresh in their Piccadilly store and available throughout the duration of the Concours of Elegance.
Now in its tenth year, the Concours of Elegance remains one of the most acclaimed concours events in the global calendar, welcoming some of the biggest names in the classic car industry and the most eminent collectors from around the world. More than just a motoring event, though, the Concours of Elegance is the epitome of a luxurious day out, full of the world’s most sought-after brands and products.
For this year’s Concours of Elegance, Fortnum & Mason has crafted four fantastic feasts: Ideal for two people, there is a selection to suit all tastes: The Fortnum’s Picnic, The Fortnum’s Garden Picnic, The Fortnum’s Feast and The Fortnum’s Garden Feast. The curated picnics are priced from £105, and each include Fortnum’s own label wine.
The Fortnum’s Picnic includes delicacies such as Smoked Salmon with Rye Bread to start, Coronation Chicken with Baby Gem Lettuce or Quinoa, Red Pepper and Lentil Roulade for main, and a Madagascan Vanilla Panna Cotta for dessert, followed by a plentiful cheese board. The Fortnum’s Feast, meanwhile, includes Rare Roast British Sirloin, Valrhona Chocolate Cheesecake and more delectable treats from the royal warrant holders. Vegetarians – or those who’d prefer the option – are invited to enjoy the Garden versions of the picnics.

The Concours of Elegance 2021 is once again on track to deliver a line-up of the world’s rarest and most collectable cars from around the globe, including some of the finest European coachbuilt cars ever made, a collection of Gulf and Martini-liveried motorsport legends as well as the very latest bespoke hypercars tipped to be ‘future classics’. The event will also welcome a number of special features and displays, including a celebration of Her Majesty the Queen’s 95th birthday, which will be celebrated with a British car from each year of Her Majesty’s life. In total, over 1,000 rare and exotic cars will be on display across the weekend.
